A call for recs!

Okay. For some reason I want to read some good books with boarding school, be they normal or magical. Just gimmie the books and no one will get hurt!

So, help me, my wonderful flist. You guys are sure to know some good ones. I'll reward those who help with doodles (bribes!).

It's was actually the first one of the series I read, I saw it at the grocery store & didn't realize it was a series. Luckily the books are all fairly self contained, they're more same-universe than sequential.

Even when that's true of a set of books, I always have to read in order. My mind doesn't let me go out of order because WHAT IF I MISS SOMETHING OMG.
